Editorial Policy

BusinessSoftwareAtlas publishes independent reviews, comparisons and buying guides for business software. These rules apply to everything we publish.

Independence

Vendors cannot pay for a review, a ranking or a better score. We do not accept sponsored reviews. Some links on our site are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure); whether a vendor has an affiliate program never affects our recommendations, and we recommend products that pay us nothing when they are the better choice.

Accuracy

We verify pricing, plans and features against official sources and show the date of each check. We describe only what we tested; when a statement comes from documentation or user reviews rather than our own test, we say so.

Corrections and updates

If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction on the page. Readers and vendors can report errors through our contact page. We update guides when products change and at least every quarter.

AI-assisted research and drafting

We use AI tools to help with research and drafting. They never replace hands-on testing, and every page is checked by an editor against our test notes and official sources before publication.

Advertising

We show display ads from Google AdSense. Ads are clearly labeled “Advertisement” and are kept separate from our recommendations and buttons.
